Following closing, the Safe Handling business will be rebranded as “Savage Safe Handling” and will continue to be based in Auburn, Maine. Mr. Bradley D. Crist has been named to be the General Manager (and Savage Vice President) of Savage Safe Handling. Mr. Crist has been with Savage for eight years, most recently as Vice President and Business Manager of Savage’s Refinery and Sulphur Services Group. He and his family will relocate to Auburn from Salt Lake City. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University, and holds an MBA degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business. Mr. John T. Wolanski, a graduate of the University of Vermont, and formerly Vice President of Sales & Marketing of Safe Handling, will become Vice President-Business Development for Savage Safe Handling. Mr. Bob Drake of Safe Handling, and a graduate of Boston University, will continue as Vice President in the role of Operational Support and Sales.
